Hi There,

I am an Industrial designer, Dream enthusiast, and goof ball who is genuinely passionate about sharing his ideas and discoveries about Lucid dreaming with the world. 

My Story

After a long day at work, I have found very few ways to escape and relax. Many people look to various substances for this, but they tend to only provide a short term fix. If only there was an alternative and healthy way to escape our everyday lives?

There is.

 

Every night we sleep, our brains are analyzing all of the images, emotions and thoughts of the day while driving our subconscious mind through a series of hallucinations, we call these dreams. But, what if our dreams did not always need to be random, uncontrolled hallucinations?

 

They don't. 

​

Lucid dreaming is the art of waking up within a dream and becoming aware of the dream itself. Lucid dreaming occurs when our prefrontal cortex becomes active while sleeping. This allows us to not only acknowledge our dreams, but also change the entire dream itself. Through Lucid dreaming, we can go anywhere, see anything, and do anything we want in extreme detail....seems like a good escape to me;)

The first step to learning how to Lucid dream is to master the skill of dream recall. Luckily, it's pretty simple! Every morning when you wake up, write down as much information about your dream(s) as you can remember. This will be difficult at first, but it gets easier with time.
